In the Souspalan process, which is also referred to as On-Vehicle operations, the operations are completed on the vehicle without transferring the goods to Temporary Storage or Warehouse. The procedures and principles are explained in the General Communiqué on Customs Serial No. 16.
Vehicles that wish to benefit from this application in accordance with the legislation are pulled to the on – vehicle operation area of Ankara Logistics Base and their operations are carried out here.
- ENTRY-EXIT OF VEHICLES INTO-OUT OF ON – VEHICLE OPERATION AREA
– The vehicles to be carried out on – vehicle operation process enter the on – vehicle operation Area, which is under the control of the Customs Enforcement.
– The vehicle, of which customs procedures are completed, pays the on – vehicle operation fee to the relevant payment point and exits.
