Ordinary General Meeting 2018 of Ankara Logistics Base was held on 16.11.2018 in Ankara Logistics Base Conference Hall.
Following the minute of silence and the Turkish National Anthem in our conference hall, Erhan GÜNDÜZ, the Chairman of the Board, stated that Ankara Logistics Base has become a brand in Turkey in 9 years from the opening date, shared the figures on future projections regarding our base, the construction of our 700 thousand square meters area, the remaining reserve areas, main income items of our company and its economic strenght, and thanked our shareholders who participated 91%.
After giving extensive explanations about the delegations and universities having visited our base, our social responsibility projects, Hakan BEZGİNLİ, the Deputy Chairman, told our Partners about the other financial issues that are in our general meeting agenda and which should be included in the General Assembly report, the savings measures of Ankara Logistics Base, the significant improvements and especially the improvements regarding electric costs of our company.
In the closing speech of the General Assembly Erhan GÜNDÜZ, the Chairman of the Board, expressed his opinions about the financial questions, wishes and requests from our partners, and thanked our partners for their trust and support on behalf of the Board, which was unanimously released.
